Suggestion for required changes for the pages conflicting with Interwiki Wikidata

Could the Gadget for Interwiki with functionality to add and display interlanguage links from Wikidata be provided to me? This will enable me to resolve the issue as and when required in minimum time frame. This will also be useful for providing interwiki link for newly created pages. Thanks. @Angpradesh: Great, thank you! I will go through the list and fix the Wikidata items accordingly.

The gadget is specific to the Wikimedia Incubator due to its unique situation wrt. Wikidata. For a fully-fledged Wikipedia like this, the standard mechanisms should suffice. You will add interwiki links much in the same way you did on the Incubator, namely by using the "अंतरभाषा कड़ियाँ जोड़ें" link in the toolbar. How to delete Article page with 'English Heading'

Greetings @Jon Harald Søby !

• A page with English Heading has been erroneously created by me when I was just trying to check the performance of the translation tool for translating the Content from English Wikipedia into Angika Wikipedia. I had requested to Content Translation Team on Media Wiki to add this, and it was added today only.

How can I delete it please?

• Meanwhile I must thank you for adding necessary codes in to Metacaxia template.

• Reply tab on User Talk page is not functioning properly, it reverts back into error message.

@Angpradesh: The reply function not working is one of the "childhood problems" for a new wiki. It should be solved "by itself", but I am a little surprised it has taken this long.

As for deletion: You should start a discussion/vote for administratorship in a village pump-style page (maybe विकिपीडिया:सामुदायिक पोर्टल?). After about 1 week with some support from other community members, you (and hopefully more people) can become administrators.

In any case, you should create a Template:Delete (feel free to name it in Angika instead of English, obviously, but the English name should be available as a redirect) that anyone can use to mark articles that should be deleted. Then either global administrators or local administrators here can delete those pages when required.

The article (Kharghar) being saved with JSON gibberish is a technical problem; I strongly suspect it actually has the same root cause as for why the reply tool is not working. I have posted a task about it in Phabricator, after performing my own test with the article Skiptvet; you can follow it here if you are interested: phab:T333238. @Angpradesh: The technical issue that causes these things should be solved now. The reply tool works as it should, and visual editor and the Content Translation tool should also work (I haven't tested those, though, but those problems had the same underlying cause). My Observations are as below;

(i) Visual Editor is still not working. Visual Editor Link and Edit Source links are being shown under the Dropdown menu of Edit. Like English Wikipedia, it should be kept at same level and not under dropdown. Visual Editor Tab appears to be inactive.

(ii) The Reply tool is working now.(Tested on Chrome, Mozilla, MS Edge)

(iii) The Content Translation tool is also working fine. (Tested on the same page previously reported).

@Angpradesh: Hmm, I'm not sure what you mean by dropdown? Even when I'm not logged in, I have two edit tabs – one says "Edit", and the other "Edit source". The "Edit" one goes to the visual editor. Would you be able to show me a screenshot? You could upload it to Phabricator (small button in the top corner here), for instance.

In logged in condition only one Tab is visible i.e Edit (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F36934182).

Also, in logged in condition Visual Edit is Inactive and Edit Source is default one. (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F36934194).

Though in not logged in condition it is working fine.

@Angpradesh: Excellent! I would also suggest that some more community members also become administrators, it's a good idea to have several. And adminship shouldn't be seen as a big deal, all it does is give access to some more tools (like blocking, deletion, etc.).
